Before diving into practical scenarios, you’ll undergo comprehensive theory training. In the Rescue Diver course, learn about self-rescue, stress management, emergency equipment, and administering emergency oxygen through e-learning modules and interactive videos. Meanwhile, the Emergency First Response course covers basic life support, shock prevention, spinal injury management, and first aid kit considerations. Following theory completion, engage in practical exercises and simulations, honing your skills in realistic scenarios under the guidance of experienced instructors.

The course takes 2 to 3 days to complete and includes classroom training as well as 4 open water dives.

You have to be certified at least Advanced Open Water Diver
You must be at least 12 years old.
Basic swimming skills, comfort in the water, and reasonable physical health are essential.
