Flying & Altitude After Diving
Wait at least 18 hours after your final dive before flying or traveling to significant altitude after multiple dives.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Online Deposit: Reserve your combo with an online deposit and pay the remaining balance at check-in.
PADI eLearning & Digital Materials: Once your Sidemount and Nitrox digital materials have been assigned, their cost is non-refundable.
Standard Cancellations: Cancellations at least 48 hours before your course may receive a refund of the remaining refundable deposit.
Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, late arrivals preventing participation or voluntarily ending training are non-refundable.
Ocean Lovers Cancellation: If unsafe ocean conditions, official port closures or another safety issue affect training, we’ll reschedule whenever possible. If the program cannot reasonably be completed, refundable payments will be returned excluding assigned PADI materials.
Health & Fitness to Dive: Last-minute cancellations due to illness are normally non-refundable, but contact us immediately and we’ll help reschedule whenever reasonably possible.
Regular Environmental Park Closures – #RespiraTayrona
Sidemount training continues during Tayrona National Park’s regular closure periods at suitable dive sites around Taganga, Santa Marta and outside the official park boundaries.
